Film projectors have always been a source of magic for me. As a small child, when the lights went off and the projector turned on, it felt as if everyone else just faded away. I want to create that same intimate experience of solitude among the presence of others. These vintage projectors function as time capsules with in themselves and are a great way to get an intimate and shared experience of viewing the present through the lens of the past.
